Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from Glacioo. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Because our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, we currently only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to qualify.

How to Submit a Claim:

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at angelm@glacioo.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos showing the damage or defect
  4. We aim to respond within 1–3 business days to resolve your issue quickly.

Resolution Options:

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer you the choice of:
  • A replacement item shipped at no extra cost
  • OR a full refund to your original payment method
  • We do not require you to ship the damaged/defective product back in most cases.

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond reasonable timeframes, please contact us and we’ll assist you case-by-case.
