Returns & Refunds Policy
We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from Glacioo. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Because our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, we currently only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to qualify.
How to Submit a Claim:
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us at angelm@glacioo.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
- We aim to respond within 1–3 business days to resolve your issue quickly.
Resolution Options:
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer you the choice of:
- A replacement item shipped at no extra cost
- OR a full refund to your original payment method
- We do not require you to ship the damaged/defective product back in most cases.
Non-Returnable Situations:
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders reported after 7 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
